INTRODUCTION OF MATCHA
Our matcha comes from Sayama, Japan, a region with a rich heritage of tea cultivation. Carefully stone-milled from 100% green tea leaves, our matcha contains no additives or artificial colorings, allowing its natural character to shine through.
We celebrate matcha for its rich umami, smooth bitterness, and gentle sweetness that lingers on the palate. Its delicate yet distinctive flavor can be enjoyed traditionally as usucha or in a creamy matcha latte.
We also believe in making informed choices when it comes to matcha. Organic certification reflects specific farming practices and official standards, but it does not necessarily determine the grade, flavor, or overall quality of the tea. For us, understanding the origin, production process, and unique character of each matcha is an important part of appreciating what makes it special.

HOW TO MAKE MATCHA LATTE
Step 1 – Sift
Sift 3–4g of matcha powder into a tea bowl to remove any clumps.
Step 2 – Water & Temperature
Add 2–2.5 oz (60–70 ml) of hot water at about 175°F (80°C). Avoid boiling water, as it can scorch the matcha and create bitterness.
Step 3 – Whisk
Using a pre-soaked bamboo whisk (chasen), whisk briskly in a zigzag (“W” or “M”) motion until a light foam forms.
Step 4 – Milk (Optional)
Steam 8 oz (240 ml) of your preferred milk and gently pour over the matcha.
(Oat milk is a popular choice.) -
