Introduction of matcha
Our matcha is 100% pure, free from additives and artificial colorings, allowing the natural flavor, aroma, and vibrant green color of the tea to shine through.
Organic certification is determined by specific farming methods and official standards, and does not necessarily reflect the grade or quality of the matcha itself. -
How to Prepare
Step 1 – Sift
Sift 3–4g of matcha powder into a tea bowl to remove any clumps.
Step 2 – Water & Temperature
Add 2–2.5 oz (60–70 ml) of hot water at about 175°F (80°C). Avoid boiling water, as it can scorch the matcha and create bitterness.
Step 3 – Whisk
Using a pre-soaked bamboo whisk (chasen), whisk briskly in a zigzag (“W” or “M”) motion until a light foam forms.
Step 4 – Milk (Optional)
Steam 8 oz (240 ml) of your preferred milk and gently pour over the matcha.
(Oat milk is a popular choice.) -
